Four Seasons Bar is known for its unprecedented collection of premium Irish and International Whiskies.
Spend any time with a craft bartender and before long the subject of ice will come up. One of the holy grails in ice is the ‘ice-ball’. Four Season Bar uses an Ice Ball Maker to create a beautifully smooth sphere that fits perfectly in a double old-fashioned glass. Being one large piece of ice with a smaller overall surface area than several pieces of ice, the ball melts slower and keeps the whiskey cooler, and less diluted, for longer. It also looks really cool.
The Whiskey Collection, comprising some 130 different labels, constitutes one of the most exclusive, as well as one of the largest Whiskey lists in the country. The core of the Collection is Irish whiskey – represented by 70 different expressions. Of the finest, and most rare, Irish whiskies on the menu we recommend Knappogue Castle Reserve 1951 and Midleton 25 Year Old Pure Pot Still – two big hearted whiskies that are the finest examples of Irish whiskey from yesteryear.
